Welcome to my website. I'm a landscape photographer based in Somerset. I specialise in photographs of the South West, in particular, Somerset, Dorset and Devon. The Hidden Kingdom

After an early rise and a trek up a hill near Coxley I was greeted with a fantastic view across the sea of thick fog covering the Somerset Levels near Wells. Just before the sun broke over the horizon the light was perfect and the fog was still enough for the top of Wells Cathedral and St Cuthbert's church to show through.

Cheese and Fairytales

It truly feels like spring is in the air at the moment. February has been a pretty good month and March is looking promising.

I spent some time exploring Burrowbridge at the start of the month, looking for interesting views of Burrow Mump. The moors around the mump are interesting but pretty difficult to work with I think. Because the land is so flat it’s hard to find interesting compositions for photographs.
